DELIVERY

There is FREE delivery on all items over £25 to addresses in the UK.  The item will be sent Tracked 48 by Royal Mail which is usually estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.  This is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

If you order on a Friday after 2pm or at the weekend your item will be posted on Monday.

Orders under £25 will be charged £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.  This service usually arrives within 2-3 working days after dispatch, and is not a guaranteed time scale by Royal Mail.

No items can be posted to P.O.Box addresses.

If your item is for some reason out of stock, I will email or telephone you as soon as possible, to let you know when the estimated delivery will be.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Olea & Owl do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK. However, this will be reviewed over the coming months.

 

RETURNS

Olea & Owl hope you are pleased with your online purchase. Please check your item carefully and if you are not happy and wish to exchange or return it please contact by email at info@oleaandowl.com within 7 days of receipt, providing the item has either not been worn or is not damaged in any way and in its original condition.

If your item has been damaged on arrival or lost in transit Olea & Owl do not assume liability or responsibility for this as all items are sent as securely as possible for your peace of mind. However Olea & Owl will try to resolve this issue with you by providing the relevant tracking information.

Olea & Owl would ask that any items be returned to us at your own expense as refunds will not be given for return postage. Olea & Owl strongly recommend that you return the item by Special Delivery for all UK orders.  Earring purchases are non returnable unless they are faulty.

All refunds will be reimbursed by the method of the original transaction within 30 days.  Alternatively Olea & Owl are happy to exchange your item for another item of the same value.
