A fine vintage decorative patterned heart shaped padlock clasp with hinge.  It doesn't open and has a small ring at the top which can be fitted with a safety chain.

It measures 13mm x 9mm.

Weight - 1.3gms.

The condition is very good.  There is age related surface markings but overall, still good quality.
